- Pre-heat your oven at least 20 minutes before use.
- Measure and sift your flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda then set aside.
- Measure you oil and sugar and mix with a mixer for 10 minutes only.
- Mix your vinegar and evaporated milk and allow to sit for some minutes.
- Break and beat your eggs then set aside.
- Add your sifted flour, baking soda, cocoa powder in bits into your oil and sugar mixture and alternate with your eggs.
- Add your buttermilk ( vinegar and evaporated milk) to your batter.
- Add your flavors and brownie if desired
- Lastly, add your hot water and pour your batter into your already prepared pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
