Ingredients
flour- 250g
Eggs- 4 (boiled)
Butter- 25g
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Milk- 1 tablespoon
Water- 1/2 cups
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Sugar- 50g
Raw egg- 1
STEP-BY-STEP
- Measure your flour, salt and baking powder and sift in a bowl.
- Add butter and rub against your palms till it looks like bread crumbs.
- Add your sugar
- Dissolve milk in water and pour in flour, then mix properly together. add your eggs immediately after.
- Knead and mix with your hand until dough is elastic.
- Divide your dough into 4 sections to give you equal amount.
- Roll your dough around your egg until properly covered.
- Remove extra dough at the end.
- you can roll with flour until smooth.
- Get oil ready and deep fry until golden brown. Ensure you use your slotted spoon to turn them in as often as possible while frying.
